4 X 4" Ampersand Aqua Bord. Gouache. Watercolor.
Yesterday came sample of different boards I ordered from one of my suppliers. I couldn't wait to try my new Ampersand "Aqua Board" and see how it acts.
What to say? I like it. I also tried my new gouache set, that was sitting around for some special occasion. Just as nice, as my new board.
I guess it is all I'm going to do tonight.
So pretty! Oh to be beneath that great tree with a small picnic of baguette, cheese, wine, and soft blanket...drifting off pleasantly to the sounds of the softly rushing water...
ReplyDeleteThank You, Alisha!
ReplyDeleteThank You, Autumn!
BTW, Autumn, your comment is again right on target. This IS an actual little picnic area right along rout 11/15 if you going from Harrisburg and passing Liverpool. Pretty place,we like to stop there time to time. I was thinking about having a picnic there, but summer was so busy, we didn't manage it... maybe this year.
I think I'm joining Autumn for that picnic. LOL Is this the area you were telling me about, Tatiana. It's really nice. See you Friday.
ReplyDeleteYes, It is one of the views on a river at that very place, Pat. And I'm seriously thinking about going there for picnic and painting with all our group sometimes at summer. It has a bathrooms too. And right across of road it will be small Amish store with lots of goodies. I think it should be one of our destinations for next summer, what about it ?...
ReplyDeleteIt is very nice, Tatiana. It is always exciting to get and try out new supplies. I will look forward to your new paintings.
ReplyDeleteThank You, Mary Anne!
ReplyDeleteOh, yes! New supply is always a reason for excitement. I'm generally big fan of Ampersand boards. I think I just found one more kind what I like. :-)
